A full refund within 14 days if the gift has not been published or downloaded offline.
The earliest of first publication, first offline-package download, or the end of day 14 closes this voluntary change-of-mind promise. Mandatory rights may continue beyond it.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Use the online cancellation form or email support@pageandribbon.com. Include the account email and Lemon Squeezy order or Page & Ribbon reference if available. A reason helps us fix problems but is not required for an eligible cancellation.
Your notice takes effect when it reaches our system. Keep the on-screen request reference or sent email. We will acknowledge an online request immediately and aim to answer substantive requests within two business days.
Our voluntary change-of-mind refund
Page & Ribbon will refund the full purchase price when a request arrives within 14 calendar days after payment and before the gift is first published or downloaded as an offline ZIP. Once you publish, the 90-day hosting service and recipient link have begun; once you download, the full digital copy and media have been delivered to your device. Either event ends this additional voluntary promise. It does not replace a cancellation or remedy that local law gives you.
If the service is faulty or not as described
Tell us promptly if a material technical problem prevents publication or normal access during the purchased period. We will first try to repair or re-perform the service within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is not possible, the remedy may be an extension, re-performance, price reduction, or full refund, depending on the problem and applicable law.
We do not charge a cancellation fee when cancellation is due to a defect, material mismatch, failure to supply, or another circumstance in which the law prohibits a fee.
Israeli distance-sale rights
Where Israeli consumer law applies, an eligible distance-service transaction may generally be cancelled within 14 days after the transaction or receipt of the required written disclosure, whichever is later, subject to the timing and exceptions in law. If performance has begun, a customer may be required to pay the proportionate value already supplied. A lawful cancellation fee may be up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, unless the cancellation concerns a defect, mismatch, late supply, or another no-fee case.
EEA and United Kingdom withdrawal rights
Eligible consumers generally receive a 14-day distance-contract withdrawal period. If you expressly ask us to begin the service during that period, local law may allow a proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal and may end the service withdrawal right after full performance where the required consent and acknowledgement were given. For downloadable digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right may be lost when supply begins after the legally required express consent and acknowledgement. Checkout records the immediate-service request separately from agreement to the policies, and the offline-copy control requires and records a further confirmation before its download. Our voluntary promise above still applies on its stated, more generous terms.
Duplicate, unauthorized, and disputed payments
A verified duplicate charge will be refunded. If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact Page & Ribbon and Lemon Squeezy promptly. Never send a password or full card number. This policy does not limit rights available through Lemon Squeezy, a card issuer, or a supported digital-wallet provider.
What is not normally refundable after publication
- The recipient reacted differently than hoped.
- A person with the unlisted link copied or forwarded it.
- Customer-supplied media was incomplete or low quality after a relevant limitation was clearly disclosed.
- The gift reached the end of its clearly disclosed 90-day public hosting period.
- Content was restricted because it materially violated the Terms or applicable law.
These examples never override a mandatory cancellation right or remedy for a faulty service.
How money is returned
Approved refunds are administered through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and returned to the original payment method. We submit an approved request within the period required by applicable law and, for our voluntary promise, normally within five business days. Lemon Squeezy and the customer’s financial institution control when funds appear; currency conversion can affect the final converted amount. A full refund or provider fraud determination revokes publishing and recipient access. A partial refund suspends access for manual review.
