Page&Ribbon

Accessibility Statement · updated 1 September 2026

A meaningful gift should be open to more people.

We are building Page & Ribbon so creators and recipients can navigate, understand, and enjoy it with different devices, input methods, and accessibility needs.

Our direction

Designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

This is a working accessibility commitment, not a claim of independent certification.

Measures in the service

  • Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and keyboard-operable controls.
  • Visible focus treatment, readable text contrast, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and zoom.
  • Reduced-motion controls for animated gift experiences.
  • Alternative text and transcript fields where supported media is added to a gift.
  • Status and error messages that do not rely on colour alone.
  • Security and account flows designed to work without a mouse.

Creator-supplied content

Gift creators choose the photographs, recordings, colours, words, and descriptions in a finished gift. That means accessibility can vary. We provide supported fields and approved design options, and we encourage creators to add meaningful descriptions, transcripts, and readable colour combinations.

Known limitations

Some highly visual animations and customer-supplied media may not yet have an equivalent experience for every assistive technology. Lemon Squeezy provides the embedded payment interface. We continue to test the core account, studio, gift, and checkout journeys and fix confirmed barriers in proportion to their impact.

Ask for help or report a barrier

Tell us the page, device, browser, assistive technology, and task you were trying to complete. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and will offer a reasonable accessible alternative when available.
