The base price is US $19 one time, including one year (365 days) of sharing. Applicable customer tax is calculated and shown before payment. There is no subscription.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and the official seller for each order. They take care of checkout, sales tax, your receipt, refunds and chargebacks. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your device and location support them. We never see your full card number or your private gift media; we receive only the order details needed to confirm access.

Yes. Our additional promise is a full refund within 14 days if the gift has not been published or downloaded offline. Your legal rights in your country are not affected, and the online contact form records cancellation and refund requests immediately.

Page & Ribbon is a gift-page builder. Add your photos, words and voice, then send one private link. It works for an anniversary, a birthday, a friend or family. No coding is needed; video and voice notes are available in supported designs.

No. Choose a design and personalize it using the controls inside the studio. Page & Ribbon handles the page, unique sharing link, and hosting.

No. You can customize the real design, add up to four compressed preview photos, and open the full recipient preview first. That temporary work stays only in the same browser and expires after 24 hours without use. Create a verified account only when you want to keep it in your private studio, add the full media set, buy, or publish.

Yes. Build and preview the complete experience first. Payment unlocks publication and the link you can share.

Your gift can include photos, personal writing, and questions. Video and an original voice note are available only in designs that support them. The package allows up to 50 photos, up to 5 videos in video-enabled designs, and one voice note in audio-enabled designs; each design has its own page and placement limits. Check the design details before choosing. File size and format limits are shown before upload.

Your US $19 gift includes one year (365 days) from first publication. Add another 365 days for US $4.99, plus applicable tax, whenever you choose. No automatic renewal or lifetime-hosting promise.

Yes. Your private studio copy stays editable, including after sharing expires. Editing does not reset the sharing date. You can add time separately from My gifts.

Yes. After purchase, confirm your password to download a ZIP with the gift and every uploaded file. Extract the whole ZIP, then open KEEPSAKE.html in a full browser. It uses the same gift design, photographs and interactive pages. Keep the gift-runtime and media folders beside it. No internet connection or local server is needed; some phone file-preview apps require opening it in a full browser or on a desktop. Once downloaded, these files are protected by your device rather than your Page & Ribbon account.

Unless you extend it, the sharing link closes while your private gift stays in your account. Buy another year for US $4.99 from My gifts to resume sharing. Buying early preserves remaining time; buying after expiry starts the new year at payment confirmation. A link you manually closed stays closed until you restore it.

The page is unlisted, excluded from Page & Ribbon’s public pages, and marked for search engines not to index. New recipient PINs use 6–8 digits. You can replace or close the link. Share the PIN separately; anyone who can open the gift can still copy or forward what their device displays.

A browser can take screenshots, record a screen, download accessible media, or forward a link. No website can fully prevent copies made on another person’s device.

Only upload audio you created or have permission to use. Buying or streaming a song does not normally give permission to republish it on a gift page.

You keep ownership of your content. Page & Ribbon needs only the limited permission required to store, process, display, and deliver your gift as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
